"I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!" I received the last jacked up order I will ever be given from the LaGrange MCDONALD'S. I Pulled up to the drive-thru, waited approximately 5 min for someone to even take my order, I stated I wanted (10) McDOUBLES, (1) LARGE DIET COKE! Keeping it simple, thinking this would make it quick and easy for them. Pulled up to pay, waited..........waited.............waited....................FINALLY............(33) MINUTES LATER ..............I WAS ABLE TO PROCEED TO THE 2ND WINDOW! INSTANTLY THE WINDOW FLEW OPEN, POP CAME OUT, AND BAM (10) McDOUBLES**! I WAS FEELING GOOD AGAIN, ON MY WAY HOME. REACHED INTO THE BAG, GRABBED A SANDWHICH, UNWRAPPED IT, AND SANK MY TEETH INTO A BUN WITH NO MEAT. HAD TO TURN AROUND HEAD BACK TO McDONALDS AND WAIT FOR (10) MCDOUBLES WITH MEAT.
My grandson had been attending the 3 nights of the safety youth for hunting game. He's 13. And lives and breathes fishing and hunting, with this being last bite it was test nite, he passed with a 95% so we stopped at McDonald for a treat , not knowing I only had few dollars and change with me. Because I left my money at home on accident. So he ordered and we started counting....when the lady waiting: on us said she would give us her discount ...there are good people out there. Wish I knew her name she had long hair in 2 braids. Again ty. From Julian and his grandma ...
I walked in and witnessed the assume manager telling one of the workers she couldn't have a break. I don't expect or need to see such rudeness coming from alleged management. I walked out. Once again how unprofessional.
Food is ALWAYS cold when you get it and employees behind the counter want to play around instead of doing their jobs, which is providing service to customers.
