I have been a patient of this office for many years. The whole office staff are some of the most caring, personable, and efficient people I know. In a small community, you grow up with a lot of the professional people, and usually know them outside of the office setting. I have noticed some changes in the office that are counter-productive to the patient experience. I am giving a 5 star rating to the "old office" I will reserve judgement on the "new" office under your supervision.
The enforced changes of staff, products, and services are making many patients unsure and looking for another office. Seems like that would not be in your best interest. Perhaps you should adjust your business practices when you move into a small town, where people know and care about each other. Just sayin'
Miss Dr. Bowen SO much!! He was so professional and caring!!!! He was and is one of the best!! This review is not from Larry Hall this is his wife.
I was very nervous to return after Dr. Bowen retired. He will never be replaceable!! However, we had a pleasant experience with the new Dentist, she was very pleasant and answered my questions and concerns for my child efficiently.
If you don't mind being dismissed treated as if you are making things up this is the dentist for you. The office girls are wonderful....the dentist is a ----- you fill in the blank. I've never missed Dr Bowen more.
