Try call place I purchased from and they are Assholes, so I thought I'd try Dometic, the maker who actually shipped it to me and no response or any concern :(
Poor customer service and change parts and the new ones don't work so have to buy new toilet !
Bought a 20' awning to replace my slightly bent one "I'm a neat freak" and pay $850 for it, got it home and bolted up new frame and finally unroll it to see that it is dented all to Hell on the roll up tube :(

Never buy from this company if you want something nice. Wish they would make it right for me. But nothing they could possibly do will. It's on and tossed all the packaging. What the Hell, I ain't taking it off again , but they will hear about it !!!!!

Very unhappy
I need to log a complaint against an employee by the name if Carrie. She is probably the rudest person in customer service I have EVER dealt with. She told us what to do on Tues. Jon replied to email. We called back and was told by carrie to resend the email cause she didnt see it. We told her it was there because we recd a response. She found it after we told her we would not send it again. She kept trying to tell us to do the same stuff and REFUSED to let us speak to her supervisor because she said she was doing her job. Then she hangs up on me. Then she calls back and said her supervisor wants to speak w me but we have to leave a voice mail. I asked the person on phone her name and she rudely says "I ALREADY TOLD YOU MY NAME." How was I suppose to know that. The number that called was unknown to my phone. The proper way would have been to say. HELLO THIS IS CARRIE FROM DOMETIC AND MY SUPERVISOR WOULD LIKE U TO LEAVE HER A VOICE MAIL. THANK YOU AND I HOPE SHE WILL BE ABLE TO HELP YOU!
